Cake strips secure around your cake pan for even baking without a large cake dome. Each cake strip has loops for a secure fit around your pans in and out of the oven. Strips help to insulate the metal pans so heat is distributed evenly; the cake center and sides bake evenly and equally for perfectly level cakes.
Designed for use with 2 inch tall, 8 or 10 in. round cake pans. Includes two 35 x 1.5 inch. strips; two 25 x 1.5 inch; two 10 x 1.5 inch strips. Baking strips are oven safe up to 200°C.
