The sweet smell and flavour of coconut conjures up visions of palm trees in the tropics. As part of a fruit dip, Coconut flavouring (also known as candy flavouring oil) can be the perfect fit to a themed party. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 450g).
