Chefmaster Liquid Whitener Food Colouring is specially formulated to brighten water-based mediums to turn other liquid colours into pastel hues. Adding a small amount of Liquid Whitener in your royal icing will also help reduce colour bleedings. Chefmaster Liquid Whitener is a more concentrated version of our Liqua-Gel Bright White liquid food colouring.
