Chefmaster Liqua-Gel® Whitener Liquid Food Coloring is specially formulated to brighten water-based mediums to turn other liquid colors into pastel hues. Adding a small amount of Liquid Whitener in your royal icing will also help reduce color bleedings. Chefmaster Liquid Whitener is a more concentrated version of our Liqua-Gel® Bright White liquid food coloring.
